Nuclear Medicine Technologists of Houston wants to ensure the safety of our Colleagues and guests during our meetings at United Way facilities. We will be following CDC and United Way of Houston’s guidelines during our educational symposiums.

United Way of Houston is allowing 100 guests per meeting; therefore, there are two meetings scheduled, October 23 and October 30.

Please review the guidelines below and your full cooperation is appreciated for our upcoming meetings.

CRC Meeting/Events Guidelines

• Agency coordinator must keep a record of all guests attending their meeting/event.
• Masks are required and to be worn at all times for guests of the CRC regardless of vaccination status.

• Rooms will be set up for social distancing and agency must adhere to the room capacity guidelines.
• No extra chairs or tables can be added.
• No vendor or exhibit tables are allowed in the CRC hallway.

• No beverage service and CRC kitchen to be closed.  
• Registration and food tables will be located in designated room and not in hallway.  
• No buffet food service will be allowed, all catered food required to be pre-packaged.  
• Box lunches, salads or individual hot meals in disposable packaging only.  

Following are the meeting room capacities:  

• Individual meeting rooms                     Set for 6 - Hollow square 
• Combined Meeting Rooms                   Set for 14 - Hollow square
• Auditorium 1/3^rd                            Set for 36 with 9 rounds with 4 chairs
• Auditorium 2/3^rd                            Set for 72 with 18 rounds with 4 chairs
• Full Auditorium                                       Set for 108 with 27 rounds with 4 chairs

 Cleaning and Disinfectant Procedures  

• Meeting organizer and/or attendees are responsible for ensuring tables are cleaned after each meeting. 
• CRC staff to clean all equipment after each use. Laptops, microphones and podium. 
• CRC custodian will clean bathrooms and touchpoints more frequently throughout the day. 
• Groups to bring their own markers and paper for flip charts.
