Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our healthcare team. The technologist will perform diagnostic nuclear medicine and molecular imaging procedures safely and accurately while providing excellent patient care and maintaining compliance with departmental, regulatory, and radiation-safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established protocols.
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately.
Operate and perform basic quality control on nuclear medicine and PET/CT equipment.
Acquire, process, and evaluate images for diagnostic quality.
Verify patient identity, exam orders, and appropriate clinical information before procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of radiopharmaceutical use, imaging procedures, and patient information.
Follow ALARA principles and all applicable radiation-safety requirements.
Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
Maintain equipment, supplies, and imaging areas in a safe and organized condition.
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in quality assurance and performance-improvement activities.
Maintain compliance with applicable hospital, state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
